The Sctucture of Narrative Texts in Turkish Lesson Books for Primary School and the Compatibility of These Texts With Program

In this study, 12 types of narrative text in Turkish textbooks for 6, 7 and 8 classes are examined structurally and the eligibility of these texts with gains and themes of Turkish Language Teaching Program for Primary 6, 7 and 8 Classes are determined. For this purpose, our work consists of four parts supporting each other. Firstly, general information about the texts of science methods and techniques used in the study of the texts is given. Later, 14 narrative texts in Turkish books were examined with these methods and techniques and obtained data were analyzed. Structural features of analyzed texts have totally intended to be determined and who the author and his ideology were not taken into account. In the fourth chapter, the data obtained as a result of analyzes were tried to be determined with the gains and themes of elementary school Turkish Language Curriculum eligibility. The study is in the quality to create a framework for determining the narrative text types that will be used in language teaching.
