Nowadays, fast developing smart technologies are effective in facilitating the lives of individuals. Intelligent technologies that can monitor the health processes of individuals can collect health data momentarily and support the philosophy of protectionist and disabling medicine. By using personal smart technologies in the health sector, we can reach our health information much faster. The main aim of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the intention of individuals to use niyet personal smart technologies akıllı (CAT) in health services. In this study, a new model developed based on the technology acceptance model, innovation diffusion theory, technological innovation, conservation motivation theory and privacy analysis theory is discussed. The structural equation model was developed by using SmartPLS 3.2.3 for the analysis of the research model. The dimensions and dimensions included in the theory and models used in the model of the research, respectively, perceived benefit, perceived ease of use, technological innovation, compatibility, testability, image, perceived materiality, perceived vulnerability, perceived confidentiality risk, perceived advantage, behavioral intention, attitude , technology anxiety, habit and social impact. When hypotheses are tested for differences between genders, it is observed that women attach importance to testability, technology anxiety and technological innovation. These factors should be considered when designing a special KAT health technology product for female users. Moreover, it is seen that all individuals, regardless of gender, attach more importance to conformity, attitude, perceived advantage and perceived ease of use in the adoption of KAT technology products in health services.
